The GM Group Partners with Hacienda CDC to Empower Latino Homebuyers

The GM Group is proud to announce a new partnership with Hacienda CDC, Oregon’s largest Latino-led, Latino-serving housing organization. This collaboration strengthens both organizations’ missions to support Latino and low-income families on the path to homeownership.
Hacienda CDC offers bilingual programs in homeownership support, financial coaching, youth services, and community economic development—empowering families to build lasting stability. Together, The GM Group and Hacienda will connect clients with culturally rooted education, down payment assistance, and long-term financial guidance.

The GM Group Commits to Pacific Northwest’s largest Community Land Trust

In a significant step toward creating more affordable homeownership opportunities in our region, The GM Group is excited to announce a new partnership with Proud Ground, the Pacific Northwest’s largest Community Land Trust.
Proud Ground has helped hundreds of families become homeowners through a unique model that keeps homes permanently affordable for generations. With a portfolio of over 300 homes across Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, Clark, and Lincoln counties, Proud Ground provides stability and equity-building opportunities for families who might otherwise be priced out of the market.
This new partnership will allow The GM Group to better serve first-time and Hispanic homebuyers by offering access to Proud Ground’s shared equity homeownership program, financial education, and housing support services.
“Proud Ground has already changed so many lives, and this partnership allows us to bring that opportunity to even more families in our community,” says Gabi Mann, owner of The GM Group. “It aligns perfectly with our mission of helping first-time buyers build wealth and stability through homeownership.”

The GM Group & Portland Housing Center Join Forces

The GM Group is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Portland Housing Center, a nonprofit organization that has been helping Portland residents achieve homeownership since 1991.
Founded with the support of the City of Portland, local banks, and community leaders, Portland Housing Center is dedicated to making homeownership accessible to all—especially first-time buyers. They offer homebuyer education, financial coaching, and lending resources to help people navigate the path to owning a home.
For years, The GM Group has relied on the Portland Housing Center’s trusted programs to guide clients—especially those in the Hispanic community—through the buying process. Now, this official partnership means even stronger support for homebuyers working with The GM Group.
